Join Dr. Ed Hamlin For This Four-Day Introductory Course on Neurofeedback
This in-person introductory training course presents a comprehensive approach to the clinical neurofeedback (EEG biofeedback). Through didactic presentations and hands-on training over four days, students will learn the practical and therapeutic skills necessary to begin using this powerful modality in a clinical capacity.
In-Person Training | Hamilton, NJ
Dec 12th - 15th, 2024
In this course you will learn a comprehensive approach to the clinical application of the neurofeedback (EEG biofeedback) modality. This intensive in-person four-day course is a combination of didactic presentations and hands-on training.
Hands-on practicum are conducted each of the four days. Neurofeedback systems are provided for practice by attendees.
Upon completion of the course, attendees will have gained a clear overview of the capabilities of the neurofeedback process, how to evaluate clients with respect to its possible use, how to choose an appropriate neurofeedback protocol and implement it on computerized instrumentation, and how the process might be used in their individual practices. We recommend additional courses and clinical mentoring following this introductory course.
The course includes pre-course reading materials from selected professional texts. It is important that you give adequate time to familiarize yourself with this material. It will help you gain more from the course.
For in-person courses, the course fee does not included meals, lodging or transportation.
Intended Audience: clinical psychologists, neuropsychologists, physicians, nurses, educational therapists, clinical social workers, counselors, rehabilitation specialists and academic researchers in neurophysiology and biofeedback practitioners who have little or no background or experience with neurofeedback, it is also a good refresher course for current neurofeedback practitioners.
