Conference Details
The conference was hosted in-person from March 18th-24th, 2025, with recordings and course materials available here on EEG Learn following the live presentation dates.
When Will Recordings Be Available?
You'll have immediate access to available presentations from the My Library section of EEG Learn after checkout.
Some presentations like "Ghost Stories in a Quantum Domain" were not recorded and were exclusive for in-person attendees. All provided recordings from the event are available on EEG Learn.
Are All Presentations Eligible for CE Credits?
No, not all recorded sessions are eligible for CE Credits. Presentations that are eligible for CE Credits upon completion will be clearly labeled. Questions? Please write to us at [email protected].
Are CEs Available for Completion of Individual Presentations?
No, certificates of completion are not being offered for individual presentations. Please review all recordings and complete available quizzes. Once all quizzes are complete you are eligible to receive a certificate of completion for the entire event.
Can I Purchase Access to a Specific Presentation?
No, purchasing access to specific presentations is not available. There are some logistical reasons for this, but after reviewing with the event organizers it was clear that picking and choosing would detract from the event's overall goal and message, and stop participants from fully participating in ongoing and follow-up conversations from the event.
If you are interested in specific recordings because you're unable to participate due to financial constraints (especially related to economical differences between countries), please contact us.
Additional Information About EEG Learn Content
Zoom & Meeting Links Meeting links are shared on EEG Learn in the My Library & Announcements section. We also send the link via email 3 hours prior and 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you are having trouble joining a session, please write to us at [email protected] for assistance.
Communication with EEG Learn The primary method we use for communication is email. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct and that you remain subscribed to receive emails from EEG Learn. This allows us to provide necessary communication about the course, including meeting links and any changes.
If you are expecting an email from us, please make sure that you are checking the correct email address that you registered with, as well as checking your spam or junk folder. If a message from us is appearing there, you may need to tell your email client to keep messages of that type in the future. If you have any questions, please feel free to write to us at [email protected].
Course Updates & Information We notify participants via the EEG Learn website and by email when changes or updates are made to a course. Most of the time, this will be notifying participants that new handouts or information about the course is available. We try to avoid larger changes, but sometimes things like the presenter’s schedule require that. In those cases, we’ll extend the ability to defer or refund attendance, as appropriate.
Session Recordings All sessions are recorded and will be available on EEG Learn following the course, usually within 1-2 weeks of when a live session happens. Please note that live attendance & participation is required to complete some courses, but most you can watch back at your own pace, or catch up on sessions that you miss. When session recordings become available, we’ll notify participants.
We make an effort to not include participants in the final session recordings for comfort and privacy reasons, but please be aware that audio, video, and chat messages you share may be present in the final session recordings. Situations where this may happen include: volunteering a question in chat or by raising your hand, leaving your microphone unmuted, or sharing information with the group.
If you would not like to be featured in the final session recording, please communicate with a member of our team during the live session. You may also reserve any questions or contributions until after the course to share and discuss on our community forum, an open space for ongoing discussion with staff, participants, and many of the presenters & mentors that we work with.
Continuing Education Credits EEG Education & Research (EEGER) is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. EEG Education & Research maintains responsibility for this program and its content. Courses that do not qualify for Continuing Education credits are noted during the checkout process. If you have any questions about whether a course qualifies for CEs or the number that are available, please write to us at [email protected].
Participants demonstrate their understanding of a course’s learning objective by completing graded assessments. Assessments are published alongside the course evaluation and session recordings from a course. After completing the course and passing all assessments, a certificate of completion will be provided.
If you encounter issues or questions, please write to us at [email protected].
Conflict of Interest and Commercial Support In these courses there is no conflict of interest nor commercial support for the programs. Any possible conflict of interest or other ethical ambiguity will be transparently and immediately reported as part of the promotional materials.
Accessibility and Non-Discrimination EEG Learn is committed to accessibility and non-discrimination. Understanding the limitations of diversity, equity, and inclusion as goals or end points, we see these as a part of our day-to-day work of learning and taking action. Please get in touch if you have thoughts or experiences to share.
