Participant Attestation

Affirmation of Integrity. By participating in this learning opportunity, I affirm that I am the person registered for the course, the person doing the work for the course, and the person getting the credit for the course. I acknowledge that not acting ethically may lead to consequences, such as being removed from current and future events, not receiving CE credit, etc.
Code of community conduct. I affirm that I will abide by the EEG Learn code of community conduct, which protects me and other participants from violations of privacy and confidentiality, prohibits harassment and bullying, and encourages the cultivation of a culture of respect and care. I acknowledge I have read and understand the code of community conduct.
Continuing Education credit. I understand that if I am seeking Continuing Education credit, I will need to meet the requirements to qualify, including signing in to live sessions, watching recordings, completing quizzes and evaluations. The requirements are listed in each course webpage.
Recording waiver. I understand that if I participate in any live portion of the course or webinar, my voice may be in the recording. By participating, I waive any right to approve the recording, and waive my right to any payment for participation.
Responsibility for technology. I understand that it is my responsibility to get help when necessary, and to participate with an adequate computer and internet access that allow my consistent participation.
Risk. Although participating in these courses and webinars poses no risk, I accept responsibility for any risks in implementing what is learned here. I agree to indemnify and hold faultless EEG Learn, EEG Education & Research, and its partners for any negative outcomes from such implementation.

Live online group mentoring webinars facilitated by Sebern Fisher begins a new semester on March 6th, 2024.

The live sessions are an hour, beginning at 1:00pm EST Wednesdays.

About Finding the Path

These mentoring sessions use a comfortable discussion format, where participants share questions and ideas about their cases. These sessions provide an insightful exploration into the contours of therapy and protocol selection especially relevant to clinicians working with developmental trauma.

All sessions are recorded, so you will be able to catch any sessions you miss, and/or review as much as you like.

Each semester consists of six (6) live group online mentoring sessions. These sessions are recorded and available for you to review for 30 days after the end of the entire course.

You are encouraged to bring your questions, your case histories, your thoughts, and your ideas about trauma, therapy, and neurofeedback.

As this is group mentoring and not an instructional course, no CEs are offered.

If there is a live webinar meeting, the link will be sent to attendees about 3 hours before the session. Please make sure your email address is correct, and that you remain subscribed to our emails.

APA CEs

EEG Education & Research is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. EEG Education & Research maintains responsibility for this program and its content. There are no CEs available for this mentoring course.

Risk

Although the learning process itself poses no risk, participants accept responsibility for any risks involved in implementing content, such as in a practicum. Participants agree to indemnify and hold faultless EEG Learn, EEG Education & Research, and its partners for any negative outcomes.

Refund Policy

If you purchase a webinar or course, you may receive a refund by requesting it in writing within 24 hours of purchase. The refund amount is the price you paid minus 10% to cover card processing. If you are unable to attend a live presentation and miss the 24 hour cutoff for a refund, you will be provided access to the recording.

For in-person courses, if you are unable to attend due to COVID, you may be refunded up to 30 days before the course. You may also reserve your paid spot for a future course. Of course, we can't refund bookings for flights or lodging.

Recordings

For online live courses and mentoring sessions, the recording is usually available within a week of the live session. It will remain accessible to participants for 30 days. For on-demand courses, purchasers will have access for 30 days. The purchaser may request an extension.
