In this 2-and-a-half day experiential workshop, you will learn the scope, risks, and promise of Alpha Theta training. This approach differs significantly from Beta SMR training. We will discuss the evidence-based benefits of Alpha Theta training, the situations in which this approach can be most useful, and explore how to prepare your clients for this type of neurofeedback. As part of the course, participants will have multiple opportunities for hands-on, experiential learning.

This workshop will go beyond Alpha Theta. We will also discuss other promising Alternative State neurofeedback training approaches. Learn how you can help your clients rescript their subconscious so they can free themselves from self-limiting beliefs.
