This course will reinforce core concepts and position you for success in developing your neurofeedback practice.
Designed for clinicians who have previously completed an introductory neurofeedback course - whether some time has passed between the course and receiving your neurofeedback equipment or if you’ve had a few months to practice on friends and family, this class distills the most important points of working in the neurofeedback field.
In this 8-session online course, we will review 4 common EEG patterns associated with over and under arousal, ensure proper placement of 10-20 sites, walk through the steps of training a client from explaining neurofeedback and setting realistic client goals to assessing symptoms, recording and interpreting 2 site mini maps, selecting and adjusting protocols, using effective coaching strategies, managing thresholds, and evaluating client progress.
